Because of its convenience, a laughter in motion session can take place in any indoor and outdoor location.

No equipment or particular articles of clothing are required
Depending on the program chosen and the number of participant, a session, including the introduction, the laughter exercises and the grounding meditation lasts about 45 minutes to 1h.
